The 140-seats capacity ballroom at our restaurant is a stunning space that is perfect for hosting private events of all kinds. With elegant decor, ample natural lighting, and a spacious layout, the ballroom provides a warm and inviting atmosphere for your guests. With a capacity of up to 140 guests, this ballroom is the ideal setting for intimate gatherings, while still providing enough space for your guests to move around and socialize comfortably.
Selecting your event venue will check many items off your planning to-do list. Here are some of the things that the Sea Queen Restaurant assist with once you book your event date with us.
Included in facility rental:
Time and space at your chosen venue or venues, and security. Events with catering service (such as weddings, birthdays, or galas), have up to five hours of event time, with one additional hour for set up and one additional hour for clean up. Non-catered events, such as ceremonyonly, or brief meetings have up to two hours of event time, with one additional hour for set up and one additional hour for clean up.
Please note that ceremony areas must be cleared as agreed while booking. Additional time for your event may be arranged in advance for an additional fee.
Event rentals:
The basic furnishings of your event include items such as tables, chairs, linens, and dance floor.
All other things which will need to be rented and brought in to your chosen venue. You may opt for additional rentals such as specialty furniture, canopies, heaters, red carpets, specialty lighting and more. Your rentals will be delivered to your venue,set-up, and picked up.
Catering service:
Catering service includes provision of food and beverages, bar service, and event staffing. The total catering cost will be based on your total guest count, menu, service style and selected catering package.
Photographer, DJ/MC, videographer, musicians, florist, bakery, or photo booth. We will be in touch with all your vendors well in advance of your event
date to make sure they know all the ins-and-outs of working here at the Sea Queen Restaurant.We will coordinate with your vendors to schedule their
access for your event.
Design and layout:
We will assist you with
designing and finalizing your event layout based onyour timeline.
Signage: if you wish to display temporary signs for your event.
Availability: Your first step in firming up your event plans is checking your date at the Sea Queen Restaurant. When you get in touch, we can check available dates for you.
Venue tour: Set a time to meet at the Sea Queen Restaurant to tour the venues you are interested in. We will want to hear about your plans, answer questions, and can make suggestions about what would work best for your event contract for you. Once we send this to you, we will put a soft hold on your date. As soon as we receive your approval and reservation fee, we will officially reserve your date at the Sea Queen Restaurant.
